There are a few dads who I have been talking to, who have been talking about getting more fit. I know that I have talked about this in the past and failed miserably, as I have not lost any weight, but we thought if we banded together we would be able to keep each other motivated to achieve our goals.
We have also started a blog that we will be posting weekly updates to help see what our progress is. You will be able to see pictures of us basically like a before and after, and be able to see our goals and our reasons behind getting involved in this. This is the first week for us to start this project and we are all excited to see where this will take us.

- 1. Lose 20 pounds in 6 months
- 2. Lay off Soda/pop – starting gradually
- 3. Start eating healthier and make better snack choices
